Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized products
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt

3. How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@phelna.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your Order Number and reason for return.
We will review your request and send you return instructions if approved.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) with photos. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time (up to 15 business days) for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement.

8. Important Notes
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Items returned without prior approval or outside the 30-day window may not be accepted.
Shipping fees (original) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
